Returns

If your purchase is not quite right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange a return.

To request a return, please complete the contact form below, email us at info@barneyandbella.com, or use the chat function on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Returning your order

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request your return.
2. Please pack the item securely.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Please note
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, faulty, or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and checked, refunds will be processed through our original payment system within 5 working days.
