Returns

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.

Simply complete the below form as instructed:

1. Input your full name, email, and phone number. Within your message please include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Please pack the product securely.
3. Ship your package to the address advised within our reply (your return authorisation). 

Please note that the cost of shipping returns is at the expense of the customer unless item(s) received are incorrect or faulty/damaged. We advise using a postal service that is fully tracked and insured. Note we will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.

On receipt of a return, we will check the products condition (the product must be in its unused original condition). Refunds will be made by our payment system within 5 working days.
